Personal data processing policy
1. General provisions
This Policy sets out how the personal data of individuals (Users) who submit the request form on rustransavto.ru (the Site) is processed and protected.
The Policy complies with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data.

3. What data is processed
Through the request form the Operator receives the following data, which the User provides voluntarily:
- name;
- phone number;
- e-mail address;
- details of the planned shipment provided at the User's discretion: type of transport, route, cargo weight and dimensions, readiness date, free-form comment.
The sender's IP address and the date of the request are also recorded automatically — this is required to protect the form from automated submissions.
The Operator does not process special or biometric categories of personal data, and asks Users not to include information unrelated to the shipment in the free-form comment.
4. Purposes of processing
- handling the enquiry and preparing a shipping quote;
- contacting the User to clarify the details of the request;
- concluding and performing a carriage contract, if the parties reach one.
The data is not used for marketing mailings and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on the User's consent, given by ticking the relevant box and submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law 152-FZ), and on the need to perform a contract to which the User is a party.
6. Processing and retention
Processing covers collection, recording, structuring, storage, updating, use and deletion, both by automated means and otherwise.
Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation and is deleted once the purposes are fulfilled or consent is withdrawn — within 30 days of the request.
7. Data sharing
Requests are delivered to the Operator's staff through an internal Telegram chat and by e-mail. Data is not shared with other third parties except where Russian law expressly requires it.
The Operator does not carry out cross-border transfers of personal data.
8. Data security
The Operator applies legal, organisational and technical measures against unlawful access, destruction, alteration and disclosure. The Site runs over HTTPS, and access to submitted requests is limited to staff who need it.
9. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses no web analytics or advertising trackers. Only the chosen interface language is kept in the browser's local storage; it never leaves the User's device and does not identify anyone.
10. User rights
Users may request information about the processing of their data, ask for it to be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw their consent.
Simply write to [email protected] quoting the name and contact details used in the request. The Operator replies within 30 days.
11. Changes to this Policy
The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is always available at rustransavto.ru/privacy/, with the version date shown at the top.
